Monavie Active Intro

Monavie Active is one of the three existing types of the health drink, Monavie. The other two health drinks are Monavie Regular and the newest one in the Monavie familly, Monavie Pulse. The noticeable dfiference between Monavie Active and Monavie regular is that Monavie Active has a green label, while Monavie Regular has a purple one. Monavie Active contains the same fruits as Monavie Regular, with the addition of omega 3,6,9 fatty acids and liquid glucosamine.

Monavie Active has a high concentration of antioxidant ingredients which makes it so powerful. If you don't know what antioxidants are, here is a little explanation. so that you trully understand why it's a great thing that Monavie Active contains lots of antioxidants. Antioxidants are chemicals, but the "good" kind of chemicals, not the ones that hurt our body as antioxidants can neutralize the free radicals that are in our body. Free readicals are not good for us, they come mostly from pollution. 

What really are these Free Radicals that Monavie Active fights?

These free radicals are atoms, but atoms that have one or more unpaired electrons. Like any other thing, if free radicals are present in excess, they produce oxidation that damages our cell membranes and also speed the aging process. Amognst the main producers of free radicals are:

-lack of sleep

The "good" chemicals, antioxidants, that are contained by Monavie Active, react very strong with the bad free radicals, and in this reaction, the free radicals are neutralized and become harmess for our body. Now, antioxidants are present in the food we eat day by day, but because of the fact that free radicals are more present now than they were in the past, we need any protection we can get to fight the bad chemicals than threthen our health, and this is why Monavie Active is so useful.

We don't have to go and search for a bunch of fruits to eat so that we get the amount of antioxidants we need daily. Altough eating fruits and vegetables is a great thing and better than drinking any health drink, we don't usually have the time or money to do this every single day.
